The pool will be opening on April 6th, 2024! The opening day pool party will be from 11am - 3pm. The cost for a membership is $150 per household which includes a $10 fob return refund. Cash or check is accepted.

Temporary RV and Car Parking Permits:
If you have temporary guests (1 week or less), contact the HOA hotline to pick up a special permit to put in the vehicle’s window.  They may park on the circle by the basketball/tennis court.
Adhering to these covenants will benefit us all as we strive to ensure our neighborhood remains an attractive Lowcountry community!

Thinking about replacing your roof/windows/shutters/front door?
Please remember when making any changes to the exterior of your home, residents are required to submit an ARC Request Form.

Quick Reminders:    
Parking on the grass is prohibited.
Trash cans, recycling bins and debris must be stored in a place where they are not visible from the street.
Boats, trailers and other vehicles can not be stored permanently on your property unless in the backyard.
Lots must be kept in good order and timely repairs must be made.
Covenants and Restrictions are enforced by the HOA.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE STICKS ALONG BRANDYMILL BOULEVARD CURB. THEY ARE REMOVED BY THE CITY EVERY TUESDAY.
