Brandymill neighborhood is located in the heart of the expanding Town of Summerville, within minutes of downtown life, shopping centers and county parks. It has charmed its residents for more than thirty years.

This beautifully ornate community features a spacious entry way and four housing subdivisions, totaling 376 homes. These single-family homes feature dozens of unique floor plans and attractive combined usage of brick veneer and wood siding.

The developer, Crosland Corporation, planned the community, and allowed for an amenities area, including pool, playground, tennis court, basketball court, and pavilion. There is also an entrance to the Sawmill Branch bike trail. Brandymill is a part of Dorchester County.
