The annual business meeting of the Brandymill Community Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, November 05, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. To maintain social distancing and to follow CDC guidelines, the meeting will be outside in the tennis court area of the neighborhood, near the pool. In the event of inclement weather, we will move to the covered area by the pool and limit representation to one person per household in an effort to maximize representation and follow CDC guidelines.

The Board strongly encourages you to attend this Annual meeting. By your participation, it shows your interest in Brandymill and support for the Board in its endeavors, to maintain your Community to the high standards that the majority of residents expect. You will also get an insight into the workings of the committees and our continual need for volunteers on the various projects, to maintain the good reputation that Brandymill is noted for in the Summerville area.

This year three positions on the Board will become open, so an election will be necessary to fill the vacancies.

Home Owners Fee will remain at $320.

We realize that conflicts do occur on meeting dates, so if you are unable to attend this meeting, please return your proxy so that your vote may be counted.
