BRANDYMILL POOL OPENING


The Brandymill pool will open to residents starting at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 7th.

  • Pool dues will be $90/family or $60/individual (cash or check payable to Brandymill Community Association)

  • HOA dues must be paid current and cannot be paid at the pool or to any pool committee members

  • Social distancing rules shall be observed by anyone using the Brandymill pool

  • Guests shall bring and use their own chairs

  • Guests shall bring cleaning/sanitizing supplies and disinfect high-contact areas after use

  • No more than 20 persons shall simultaneously occupy the pool area at any time

  • Only two (2) guests (non-household) are permitted with any membership

  • The annual pool party will occur at the end of the season rather than at the beginning
