Pool
Brandymill pool membership is available to any HOA resident in good standing. The season begins in early April and closes in late October. During this time, the pool opens daily from sunrise to sunset.

Playground
A children’s playground is available for all Brandymill residents and guests. It is equipped with slides, swings, a seesaw, balance beams and a jungle gym. The playground is open from sunrise to sunset.
Pavilion & Picnic Area
A pavilion and picnic area with tables and grills are available to all Brandymill residents and guests, no reservation required. The area closes at 10 p.m. Please be sure to clean up after yourself.
Basketball Court
A basketball court is available for all Brandymill residents and guests. It is open from sunrise to sunset. Please bring your own equipment.
Tennis Court
The tennis court is available to all Brandymill residents and guests and is open from sunrise to sunset. For a free key, please contact the HOA. Equipment not provided.
Bike Trail
One of several entrances is located next to the Brandymill pool facility. Starting at Gahagan Road or the parking area on Ashley Drive in Summerville, you can walk or ride this flat, 10-foot wide, paved trail, which follows the Sawmill Branch Canal.
Most of the road crossings on this trail go under the roads, making for a pleasant—and safe—ride or walk. Watch for wildlife along this wooded trail, and be mindful of alligators, which can occupy the canal.
