Community

Standards

Committee

Members are charged with enforcing the Community Standards as outlined in the Restrictions and Covenants. If a resident of the community is found to be in violation of the Community Standards, as outlined in the Restrictions and Covenants, the resident will receive written notification of the violations(s). The resident has seven days to correct and notify the HOA. If the violation is not corrected within seven days, they are fined daily until the problem is resolved.

Pool Committee members manage the pool key fobs (a small security hardware device with built-in authentication used to control and secure access), manage and maintain security cameras, and coordinate with the pool service company regarding maintenance. Members of the committee also assist in the planning and execution of the annual pool opening social. At this time, residents may purchase a pool membership and receive a key fob.
